Dec 16, to Apr 15 145 5 nights
Christmas Dec 24 to Dec 31 $155 7 nights
Stays of 4 nights or less $80 Cleaning fee
Stays of 10 nights or longer 10% off.
Stays of 15 nights or longer 15% off.
Stays of 29 nights or longer 20% off.
Christmas week Dec 24 to Dec 31, 7 night minimum no discount.
Returning guests receive an additional 5% off.
All rates are in addition to a 13.42% Hawaii tax.

Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions:
- A $200 deposit is necessary to hold your reservation and the balance must be paid 35 days prior to your arrival.
- Reservations are not confirmed until we receive your check.
- Check in time is after 3 PM and check out time is by 10 AM.
- Your deposit is 100% refundable if we receive your cancellation 45 days prior to your arrival.
- We accept bank checks, personal checks and money orders paid in US dollars.
- Make Check Payable to Mischke Properties.

- You and your guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Luana Kai Condo association, they are posted at the pool and inside the unit.
- We will supply you with a parking permit allowing you to park at the Luana Kai.
